A happy blend of active learning songs and nutritional information, at a level 3-7 year olds understand, cheerfully imparts the elements of a healthy diet including the importance of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Children chant about balanced meals, fast food and taking care of themselves. The catchy music and playful lyrics will have everybody moving, singing and learning.

 

Extension Activities, partly-illustrated masters, provide clues that motivate children to finish the drawings.  Students can't resist using their imaginations (and what they've learned) to complete each picture.  Their drawing become a self-teaching tool to improve nutrition, exercise and good health.  There are 48 coloring masters as PDF files on the CD.
