Movin' & Groovin' (All ages) The program begins with a warm up (stretches for the whole body), followed by three songs aimed at giving children a cardiovascular workout. Dances, games and a simplified version of the limbo keep the children moving until the focus is on balance and coordination. A cool down to relax the body and mind concludes the activity.
