Educational Activities, Inc. is a leading publisher of supplementary educational CD's, DVD's, Videos and Children's Books. The company distributes educational products throughout the United States and Canada as well as internationally. Educational Activities was founded in 1948 and is owned and managed by the Harris family.

A series of instructional square dance recordings, released in 1948, were Educational Activities' first offerings. Other types of recordings were introduced soon after. Over the years, a variety of products were added to the line, including early childhood CD's, preschool videos and DVD's, read-along children's books, middle-school videos and workbooks, as well as job skills materials for older students and adults. Recently, Educational Activities developed a line of early childhood professional development videos and DVD's.

Educational Activities' award-winning products include children's music CD's by best-selling authors Hap Palmer and Ella Jenkins among others; critical science videos for biology, earth science and health; and basic skills videos and workbooks.

Educational Activities maintains its international headquarters in Baldwin, New York. The company employs over 15 people and has an international network of dealers and distributors.
